Riyagedara.com is a service provided by Riyagedara PVT Ltd. (subject to your compliance with the Terms and Conditions set forth below). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website.

General

Advertisers and users are responsible for ensuring that all content, including text, images, graphics, and videos ("Content"), uploaded to Riyagedara.com complies with all applicable laws. Riyagedara.com and Riyagedara PVT Ltd. assume no responsibility for any legal issues or inaccuracies in the Content.

Advertisers and users guarantee that their Content does not infringe upon any copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any third party. By using this service, users agree to release Riyagedara.com and Riyagedara PVT Ltd. from any obligations, liabilities, or claims arising from the use (or inability to use) the service.

For clarity: Riyagedara.com serves solely as a platform and is not involved in the actual buying or selling of vehicles between users. Riyagedara.com does not warrant, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided by sellers.

Riyagedara.com reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content, including but not limited to spam, duplicate listings, suspicious advertisements, non-automobile-related ads, listings for vehicles not located in Sri Lanka, and Japanese auction advertisements without prior notice.

Riyagedara.com may request additional information or documentation for any posted content. Failure to comply may result in the removal of the content from the platform.

Riyagedara PVT Ltd. reserves the right to edit, modify, or amend advertisements for editorial purposes.

Users who list leasing prices as the primary price will receive a warning. Repeated violations will result in the user’s phone number being blocked. A fee of Rs. 5000 is required to unblock the number.

Copyright

Advertisers grant Riyagedara.com and Riyagedara PVT Ltd. a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, and distribute such Content in any medium or technology now known or developed in the future.

All materials on Riyagedara.com, including content, software, and services, are the property of Riyagedara PVT Ltd., its affiliates, and third-party licensors. Intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and trade names, belong to Riyagedara PVT Ltd. No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, stored, or distributed without written permission from Riyagedara PVT Ltd.

Watermarks

All images uploaded to Riyagedara.com are watermarked to prevent unauthorized use without the advertiser’s consent.

User Email & Phone Number

Users must provide a valid email address and phone number. Accounts with invalid or unverifiable phone numbers will be removed without prior notice.

Donations/Contributions

Riyagedara.com is a free platform and does not charge users for posting advertisements. Any donations or contributions made by users are strictly voluntary.

Number Plate Verification

Users can request a verification badge for their advertisements by submitting an image that clearly displays the vehicle's number plate and the vehicle registration book. Riyagedara PVT Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject such requests.

Verification Badge

The verification badge signifies that the number plate displayed in the advertisement matches the vehicle registration book provided by the advertiser. However, Riyagedara PVT Ltd. does not guarantee the vehicle’s condition, ownership, or the authenticity of the images/documents.

Disclaimer

Riyagedara.com and Riyagedara PVT Ltd. assume no responsibility for the use of Riyagedara.com and disclaim liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from: (a) Errors on Riyagedara.com, including technical and typographical errors. (b) Third-party websites or content accessed via Riyagedara.com. (c) Unavailability of Riyagedara.com. (d) Users' reliance on Riyagedara.com content. (e) The use of any software or equipment in connection with Riyagedara.com.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Riyagedara.com and Riyagedara PVT Ltd., along with their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any losses, damages, costs, or legal fees resulting from any violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Modifications

Riyagedara.com and Riyagedara PVT Ltd. reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Riyagedara.com constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

Termination

If users are dissatisfied with the service or disagree with any part of this agreement, their sole remedy is to discontinue using Riyagedara.com.
